Terms of Service

Last updated: July 21, 2026 · Version 2026-07-21

Placeholder — pending legal review

These terms are a plain-language draft and have not yet been reviewed by counsel. They describe how we intend to operate, but the final, binding version may differ. We will notify account holders when it changes.

1. What Relme is

Relme is a place to document your skills through real work — structured responses, pursuits, and evidence — and, if you choose, to share that record publicly. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Who can use Relme

You must be at least 16years old to create an account or use Relme. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be legally able to enter into this agreement. One person per account; you may not impersonate someone else or document another person's work as your own.

3. Your content stays yours

Everything you write on Relme — responses, pursuits, profile content — belongs to you. You grant us only the license we need to store it, display it to the audiences you choose, and produce the exports and machine-readable formats you enable. Everything you create is private by default; nothing becomes public without an explicit action by you.

4. Evidence over claims

Relme is built on documented work, not unverified assertion. Do not post content that is fraudulent, that misrepresents authorship, or that violates someone else's rights or confidentiality obligations. We may remove content or suspend accounts that abuse the platform, spam it, or attempt to compromise its security.

5. Agents and approvals

Some Relme features (such as the AI interviewer) can suggest changes to your profile. Suggestions never take effect until you approve them. You are responsible for what you approve, just as if you had written it yourself.

6. Public profiles and exports

If you make your profile public, the content you have marked public becomes visible to anyone, including via our documented public API and export formats. You can make your profile private again at any time, though copies already made by third parties are outside our control.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On deletion we remove your content from active systems within a reasonable period, subject to legal retention requirements.

8. Disclaimers

Relme is provided "as is" while in active development. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before a claim.

9. Changes and contact

We will update these terms as the product and the law evolve, and will give notice of material changes. Questions? Email hello@relme.io.
