Promotional Forms

Lead-capture product for car wash operators. Customers scan a quick response (QR) code or open a link, submit their details, and receive a promo code by text message. Captured contacts stay in the platform for future campaigns. Product area is in preview. Worked with the marketing team on a dedicated page on the company website and featured the product in the Q3 2026 insights report.

“What did you actually do here?”

I own Promotional Forms, a lead-capture product for car wash operators: https://ampmemberships.com/promotional-forms/ A customer scans a quick response (QR) code or opens a link from signage, social, ads, or email, submits their name and contact details, and gets a promo code by text. The operator gets a new lead, and the customer gets a wash. Contacts stay in the platform for later campaigns. I took the product through definition and release. Audience segmentation filters, which let operators target by contact status, were the highest-value update so far. Pixel tracking and a website embed shipped so operators can follow each channel from form to redemption. I worked with the marketing team on the product's dedicated page on ampmemberships.com, linked above. I positioned it as top-of-funnel acquisition that brings in warm leads, and I wrote enablement material so the account team could sell it.

“What changed because of this work?”

I helped create the Q3 2026 insights report with the marketing team, and Promotional Forms was one of the two products featured in it: https://insights.ampmemberships.com/ The report named two places growth stalled: keeping new customers coming in between discount waves, and knowing what happens in the lane. Promotional Forms was positioned as the tool for the first problem, paired with Coach Al for the second. The report presents the product as the top of the membership funnel. Featuring the product in a market report put it in front of operators as part of a larger account story, not as a standalone feature announcement. It gave the product a clear job: bring in warm leads from outside the location, then move those contacts toward a membership.
